A “spin-off” of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), with health license 7358-PS, granted by the Spanish Medicines Agency. That aims to position APOE4 as a reference biomarker for the risk/prognosis of diseases related to alterations in lipid metabolism (Type II Diabetes Mellitus, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease, pathologies that grow above the population average) and identify and quantify this biomarker through its tests: e4Risk and e4Quant.

It is a secure and agile platform that uses blockchain technology to tokenize assets. It facilitates the issuance of asset-backed digital tokens, allowing CRB Token Health to take advantage of the liquidity and accessibility of the digital financial market.

The company anticipates an exit/divestment in the next four years. The expected return, if the forecasts supported by the Business Case are met, is to obtain an IRR greater than 40% and a multiple of 5 times the investment made.
